Refund Policy

At Valor Genesis, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return process for our customers. Please read the following carefully to understand our return and refund policy.


Return Policy

  • Clothing Items:
    Returns for clothing items must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    To start a return, contact us at support@valor-genesis.com. Please note that the return shipping address will be confirmed upon acceptance of your return request. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Accessories:
    Accessories are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@valor-genesis.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you need is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been accepted.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@valor-genesis.com.


Damage Reporting Timeline

All damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us immediately at support@valor-genesis.com with pictures and a description of the issue so we can assist you.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
